1) PURCHASING CLERK
Responsibilities:
-
Responsible to provide support for purchasing functions; performs clerical functions
-
Performs data entry for converting department requisitions to purchase orders; answers telephone; assists with emergency purchase orders.
-
Files requisition copies and miscellaneous material; mails & fax purchase orders; interacts with account payable personnel to resolve purchasing question.
-
General Office Experience
-
Perform other duties as and when required by supervisor. i.e stock take / stock reports.
-
Possess SPM with strong interest to work in the field of manufacturing.
-
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
-
Able to work independently and with good time management skills.
-
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2) Operator (FI & IPQC)
Requirement:
· Willing to work shift and perform over
time.
· Possess own transport.
· Initiative with good interpersonal
skills.
